Exchange and Refund Policy

At Zunaisha Creations, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

• Eligible Items: Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items can be exchanged or returned. The item must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
• Return or Exchange Timeframe: You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to process returns.

Refund Process:

• We do not cover the cost of return shipping, so customers are responsible for the return postage.
• The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Delivery Times:

• In-stock items: Orders for items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 week of placing your order.
